Packing, made from ramie yarn. It has excellent sealing properties, ideal substitute of cotton packings in water supply systems. AVKOPACK® 1401 is used for the sealing of pumps, valves, and sliders. It is widely used for sealing in sandy and thready environments in the hydrotechnics, the cellulose and the food processing industries.

Gland packing braided by cotton yarn, impregnated with mineral products. Cotton is well known, and is the most commonly applied vegetable fibre, which has high flexibility and ability for braiding. The mineral products used as impregnants have excellent lubricating properties

Gland packing braided by cotton yarn, impregnated with silvery graphite and mineral products. Cotton is well known, and is the most commonly applied vegetable fibre, which has high flexibility and ability for braiding. The mineral products used as impregnants have excellent lubricating properties. Because of the graphite impregnant the packing has a very good thermal conductivity, making it applicable for stuffing-box sealing, where there are high peripheral speeds.
